Capability, Extension and Education
This program aims to build the capabilities of industry personnel and encourage industry adoption of R&D outcomes to improve the productivity, profitability and sustainability of the industry. This is achieved through a range of extension, education and training projects under a service agreement with the Meat Industry Training and Advisory Council (MINTRAC), including the meat industry professional development program, which is funded by AMPC.
