This research project study report presents the findings from sampling and testing at three Australian red meat processing plants located in regional New South Wales (NSW) and South Australia (SA). The objective of the study was to evaluate the quantity, quality and purity ofbiogas production from a typical Covered Anaerobic Lagoon (CAL) system used in the Australian red meat processing industry.
