This manual is an updated version of 2012 Wastewater Management in the Australian Red Meat Processing Industry Manual produced by Johns Environmental Pty Ltd and MINTRAC with funding from the Australian Meat Processing Corporation and the Environment and Biotechnology CRC (EBCRC).

The update includes the addition of two new chapters. Chapter 1 was prepared by The Ecoefficiency Group and Chapter 5 by Johns Environmental Pty Ltd.
